How we handle your data.
The short version: we only collect what you give us in the enquiry form, we only use it to handle your enquiry, and you can opt out or ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
Trébol Homes is a property lead-generation venture of the Poloswiss group (Ireland), helping Irish buyers purchase property on the Costa del Sol, Spain. For anything data-related, contact hello@trebolhomes.com. Poloswiss acts as the data controller for enquiries made through this site.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), budget range, timeframe, preferred area and any message you add. We record the date, time and wording of the consent you give, which we keep as proof of consent. Our systems also log basic technical details (IP address, browser type) for security and spam prevention.
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and help you with your property search. Our lawful basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box, and which you can withdraw at any time.
Analytics, cookies only if you say yes
We use Google Analytics to understand which guides people find useful. Its analytics cookie is set only if you accept it in the cookie notice. If you decline or ignore the notice, no cookie is set and nothing is stored on your device; Google Analytics then receives only anonymous, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode) that cannot identify you and are used solely to estimate overall visitor numbers. IP anonymisation is on in all cases, and declining changes nothing about how the site works. You can clear your browser data at any time to be asked again.
If you accept the cookie notice, we also use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our property advertising works and to show our ads to people with similar interests. If you decline, the pixel is never loaded and Meta receives nothing from your visit. We never send Meta your name, email address or anything you type into our forms. Who your data is shared with
- Our marketing and CRM partner (Smarketing Cloud), which manages enquiries on our behalf as a data processor.
- Service providers that run this website and deliver form notifications (hosting on Vercel; form email delivery). They process data only on our instructions.
- Local partners, only if you ask us to proceed. If your search progresses, we may introduce you to a vetted estate agent or lawyer on the Costa del Sol. We will tell you before we do, and we never sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a purchase creates a legal reason to keep records longer.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Email hello@trebolhomes.com and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or, in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
